The Penn Manor School, one of the largest school districts in Lancaster County, known for its academic excellence, with an enrollment of about 5,200 students, Has a full time, Monday-Friday, opening for a Technology Program Administrative Assistant.

The Technology Program Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and customer assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the technology department. This position interfaces with staff and faculty on a continual basis and requires a high degree of interpersonal skill and human relations ability.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Performs clerical duties including but not limited to answering phones and directing calls, greeting and assisting visitors, typing and distributing correspondences, facilitating communications, scheduling appointments, data entry, and ordering. Also, provides administrative support to student 1:1 initiatives, including the inventory and tracking of student devices, parent notices, device status, and minor repairs.
• Assists with technology support tickets, escalates issues; prepares service reports.
• Maintains technology inventory, records, and meeting minutes; assists with the preparation and communication of technology reports.
• Collaborate with the Technology Team to proactively build customer-focused IT solutions for district students, teachers and staff.


• Requires 2-5 years’ experience as administrative assistant with a solid background in education technology or IT
• Must possess advanced computer and troubleshooting skills as well as familiarity with office management systems ·
• Familiarly with online calendars and cloud systems
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Submission of the following clearances- Act 34 (PA State Police Background Check), Act 114 (Federal Criminal History Record) & Act 151 (PA Child Abuse History Clearance) Prospective candidates must submit Original report, which may not be more than one (1) year old
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work requirements
• Must have experience exercising discretion and confidentially with sensitive information
• A proven track record of successful customer-facing interactions/skills
